  Really fast processing for Japan Rail Pass. Because it was my first time using, they ran me through what to do and where to go. Staff were really friendly.

  Recently used from Japan. It's definitely the worst company. Why is it so highly rated? 3.8 would be too expensive. I can't help writing the comment because I am a foreigner.
