- Dalila Berlingerio Added February 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"The most trusted camper van hire in Australia"??? I wouldn't say so. The van was so hold the slide door was falling every time we tried to open it. The sink, the fridge were not working and the van was just not safe! There were even ants in it!
When we really needed help from the company by phone, nobody and I say NOBODY cared and I've been waiting for answers for a week now. This is not a serious business guys, my advice is do not get yourselves involved with these people because, when things don't go as planned, you are not going to get any help from them. I particularly refer to the manager in Cairns, which should learn a bit more about customer service.
